Some legitimate ventures are also used to take advantage of the unwary, such as:
high yield investments
home improvements
business franchises
retirement sites/opportunities
Be cautious of unsolicited offers and do not be rushed into hasty deals. Take the time to discuss and understand contracts before you sign.
